You are invited to make our 200 year-old country home your "home away from home", where you will find respite and gracious hospitality. Recreational opportunities abound due to an ideal location between the sparkling lakes and the awesome mountains. Take out a canoe or swim in beautiful Silver Lake. Hike, snow-shoe or cross-country ski on our 35 acres of wooded grounds. Or take advantage of nearly limitless nearby opportunities for downhill or cross-country skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, or just exploring and viewing the wonder of the New Hampshire fall foliage.

And there are many options for fine dining, antiquing or outlet shopping in the immediate area, as well as fine cultural events such as concerts, plays, and world-class country fairs.

Then after the days activity you can return to our peaceful setting at the foot of Mt. Chocorua (the most photographed mountain in New Hampshire).

Make yourself at home with an afternoon or evening refreshment. Enjoy good conversation or just relax with a good book, music, games or TV.

And when you're ready to settle in to your comfortable room, you'll find a great bed to get you fully refreshed for a new day. There are four guest rooms, each one tastefully and cheerfully decorated. King, Queen or Twin beds are offered, as well as private bathrooms and air-conditioning. Each room boasts an inspiring view of the White Mountains.

Finally, when you wake, gaze out the window at the view, take an early bird hike (if you wish) on our trails, and get ready for a hearty home-cooked breakfast. Fresh fruit and cereals, juice, tea and freshly ground coffee are standard fare, plus a delicious hot entrée and home-baked bread or muffins.
