Come, relax and enjoy a visit to New Hampshire's White Mountains. The Bear Mountain Lodge is a handcrafted log bed & breakfast set on 26 acres with a great view of Mount Washington. It's conveniently located on Route 302 in Bethlehem, and within an hour of all of the attractions in New Hampshire's White Mountains. The Bear Mountain Lodge is located within a short drive to Mount Washington's Cog Railway, Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch State Park, and the ski resorts at Bretton Woods and Cannon Mountain. Littleton, NH, is only 10 minutes away and North Conway, NH, is approximately an hour's drive through picturesque Crawford Notch. |

The Bear Mountain Lodge, built of huge Eastern White Pine harvested from Northern New Hampshire and Vermont, invites you to relax in rustic comfort and enjoy the serenity of mountain living any season of the year. All nine guest rooms feature a custom king or queen size bed with a premium mattress and luxury beddings, CD player/alarm clock, TV with cable, blow dryer, and a private bath with beautiful slate floor. Some rooms feature steam showers and in-room two-person Jacuzzi tubs. We want you to wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy all that New Hampshire's White Mountains have to offer. Filled with comfortable furniture, our inviting great room offers spectacular mountain views and affords our guests the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxing setting. The loft area above the great room has a quiet sitting area stocked with various reading materials and a guest computer with Internet access. |

The dining room features both individual and group dining tables where a homemade country breakfast such as stuffed French toast, fruit pancakes, or your own custom omelette is served each morning from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. A guest beverage and snack area is stocked with cold drinks, coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the day. Coffee is always ready by 6:30, and guests can feel free to have their coffee and/or breakfast on the expansive deck, watching the sunrise over Mt. Washington and keeping a lookout for our resident wildlife. Moose, deer, wild turkey and the occasional bear frequently cross through our 26 private acres. Surrounded by The White Mountain National Forest, Bear Mountain Lodge guests can enjoy four seasons of outdoor fun. (Click here for area activities) |
