Rates and Policies
  • Prices range from $55 to $225 per night.
  • All rates include full breakfast and full use of Inn facilities.
  • All Rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax.
  • Peak Season Rates: Winter Holiday: (Dec 20-Jan 4); February, August & Fall Foliage Season: (Sept - Oct 19) and Holidays.
  • Regular Season Rates in effect all other times.
  • Additional adults stay for $49 each in premium cottages, $39 each in Large Inn Rooms or Large Cottages.
  • The Inn is suitable for small and large groups (up to 35 people). Family style dinners for groups of ten to twenty-two people may be arranged with advance notice. Group rates are available.
  • Check in: After 2 pm; Check out: 11 am.
  • Late Check out: $25 (when available)
  • One half of the total payment due is required as deposit to make a reservation or the full amount for one nights stay.
  • Deposits on cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are not refundable.
  • A $30 service charge will apply to all cancellations.
