Guest Rooms/Rates
The Soo-Nipi Room is on the first floor and features a double canopy, four-poster bed, private bath, air conditioning, wireless internet service, luxurious robes, handmade quilts, down blankets and comforters. Fresh towels are provided daily. The room accommodates two people. Rate: $100 per night.
The Maxfield Parish Suite is on the second floor and features a queen bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, private bath, private entrance, mini kitchen, luxurious robes, handmade quilts, down blankets and comforters, air conditioning, wireless internet service, and exterior balcony to sit and view our beautiful sunsets. Fresh towels are provided daily. The suite accommodates up to four people. Rate: $150 per night, double occupancy.

Room rates based upon double occupancy. $25.00 per night charge for each additional person over 8 years in a room.
We allow a 10% discount for extended stays of 7 or more days.
Rates subject to 8% NH Meals and Rentals Tax.
To reserve a room, we require a deposit equal to one night's lodging, or half of the total stay if more than two nights reserved. Your deposit is due within seven days following booking.
We accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks.
Your deposit will be refunded provided cancellation notice is received seven or more days in advance of your scheduled arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or an early departure, you will be responsible for payment for all nights reserved per your original reservation.
Check-in: 3:00 - 8:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am. Please call in advance for late arrivals.
In the event your travel schedule requires an early morning departure, let us know and we will be happy to prepare a continental breakfast or "breakfast to go".
We are unable to board pets here, but can provide you with the contact information for kennels located in the vicinity of Newport.
Please advise us of any dietary preferences/restrictions, or other special needs when making your reservations.
