At Arbor Brook Bed & Breakfast, you will enjoy staying in specially decorated guest rooms with air conditioning, private baths, and private entrances. Our spacious indoor and outdoor common areas invite you to relax and enjoy. On cold winter days, savor some mulled apple cider while sitting in front of a roaring fire. On hot summer days, take a swim in our in ground pool after a day of hiking or browsing through the area's many antique shops, or find a quiet spot in the gardens where you can relax. |
| A delicious, complimentary three-course breakfast will be prepared each morning of your stay, and you may choose to be served in our formal dining room or in one of our other common areas. Weather permitting, we will be happy to serve your breakfast in the courtyard where you may enjoy dining in a natural setting among stately trees and perennial gardens. Afternoon tea is served between 3:00 and 5:00. Light refreshments are available during the day, and you will find complimentary beverages in each room. |

For special occasions, we will be delighted to assist in making the special arrangements needed. For example, we will provide you with a candlelight breakfast or, if you prefer, we will serve you "Breakfast in Bed". We will be happy to make reservations at a special restaurant, or have a special cake, gift basket or floral arrangement waiting for you in your room. Arbor Brook Bed & Breakfast is within a 10 to 15 minute drive of Lake Sunapee and the base of Mt. Sunapee Resort. A short 15 minute drive to the west, you will find the beautiful Connecticut River where you can drive over the historic covered bridge, the longest in the United States. Arriving on the opposite shore, you will find yourself in the lovely town of Windsor, Vermont. The cities of Lebanon and Hanover, New Hampshire, are a 40 minute drive to the north of Newport, and the beautiful Vermont towns of Queeche, White River Junction, and Woodstock can be reached in approximately 45 minutes.
