Welcome to The Adams 1810 House Bed & Breakfast! We're nestled in the northeast corner of the picturesque Monadnock region of southern New Hampshire, surrounded by all the things that give New England a great quality of life: Clean rivers and lakes, mountains and hills, an abundance of wildlife, interesting arts & culture, and fascinating and friendly people. Whether you're visiting for the weekend or looking for a place to relocate, Antrim will make you feel at home!

Built in 1810, The Adams House, a Federal Twin Chimney Center Hall Colonial, rests on gentle acreage on Rte 9 between Hillsborough and Keene in The Monodnock Region of New Hampshire. Our proximity to Pierce Lake, Steele Pond, cross-country conservation trails, the Franklin Pierce Homestead and major highways allows us to provide more than just a comfortable room.

Rates and Information Rates: Our room rates vary from $75-$100. 8% meals and Rental Tax will be added. Certain holiday, event, and/or peak weekends require a two-night minimum stay. A Credit Card is Required to make a reservation. If you must shorten your stay or cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with 15 days notice or 30 days for reservations of 6 days or longer. If you are not able to provide the required notice, we will refund your deposit if we are able to rent your room. Master Card and Visa accepted. Check in: after 3 p.m. is preferred. As a courtesy, please let us know the approximate time when you will be arriving. Check out: 11 a.m., unless arranged otherwise. No Smoking allowed.
