Kearney is a city in Buffalo County, Nebraska, with an approximate area of 11.2 sq miles. If you're staying at a Kearney B&B or Keraney inn, make sure to go to the Spring Festival of Crafts Show, with all its activities. The kids will love the nearby Kearney Area Children's Museum. From theatres to exhibits, it is sure to be a hit. And just two miles east of town, is the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument, which spans Interstate 80, and is a museum paying tribute to the area's pioneer history.
