Johnson Lake is located in the western part of Nebraska. It is a great place to take part in a fishing tournament. You also might enjoy traveling to nearby Lexington for antique shows or to visit the Holiday Tour of Lights. Lake Park is a popular recreation area on the shore of the 2500-acre Johnson Lake. Some come for game fishing which includes catching walleye, bass, and catfish. After fishing on Johnson Lake, you might stop in at Sundy's Inlet Bait and Tackle for a quick bite to eat.
