Cassel Grove Homestead Inn is currently open for overnight accommodations most Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year, as well as selected weekdays throughout the year. We will be open full time within a few years.

• If making a reservation 45 days or more in advance, we require a $45 deposit.
• Reservations made 45 days in advance or more:
  • If a reservation is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the reservation the deposit is 100% refundable.
  • There is no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation.
  • There will be a $20 cancellation fee for all reservations cancelled within 10 days of the reservation date.
• All other reservations:
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be assessed a $20 cancellation fee.
  • All parties canceling a reservation the day of, will be charged the full room rate but will be given a 20% discount the next time they stay overnight.
  • *$20 cancellation fee does not apply.
• No smoking allowed in the house.
• No pets allowed.
• Children 12 and over are welcome.
