Anniversary Mansion Bed & Breakfast

Anniversary Mansion is an ideal setting for intimate weddings. The Mansion hosts afternoon weddings(conducted between 2 and 4:00 p.m.)for up to 30 guests at a cost of $300 plus tax. Weddings before 2 p.m. or after 4:00 p.m. are $375 plus tax and contracting party must also reserve all suites (Master's, Anniversary, Honeymoon) at the current rate. Included in the charges are: use of the first floor and two (2) suites available as changing rooms.

• Contracting party and services will coordinate with the Anniversary Mansion management for use of facilities.
• Any furnishings moved must be moved by the Anniversary Mansion management.
• No smoking in the Mansion is strictly enforced.
• No alcoholic beverages allowed.
• No food is authorized.
• Contracting party and/or other service providers (i.e. rented chairs, harpist, photographer, etc.) is/are responsible for removing their items immediately following the event, unless other arrangements are made with the Anniversary Mansion management.
• Dripless candles must be used.
