  • Rates are plus lodging tax and sales tax.
  • Suites are single or double occupancy only.
  • Single occupancy business rates available Sunday through Thursday.
  • Check-in is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. without prior arrangements.

  • If you have any dietary restrictions (or food dislikes) of which we should be aware, please notify us when reservations are made. We will be happy to try to accommodate your preferences.

Cancellation Policy
  • We have a "shared risk" cancellation policy.
  • Five (5) days notice is require to cancel for any reason (Example: if you have a Friday reservation then five days prior would be before 5PM Sunday afternoon - a Saturday reservation would need to be cancelled before 5PM Monday).
  • If you have to cancel for any reason within the first 4 days of that 5 day window and we are able to rebook that suite you will not be charged.
  • If however we are not able to rebook that suite than we may, if requested, split the cost with you.
  • This means that we will charge your credit card the full price you would have paid (this includes the price of any add-on romance packages, taxes, etc.) and give you a coupon worth half of the original price that you would have paid minus any deposits. (So we collect the full amount but give you back half in the form of a gift certificate- minus deposits) This policy shares the risk by having both sides lose and gain something in the event of a necessary cancellation.
  • This is for the first four of the five days prior to the reservation.
  • The last 24 hours (from 5 PM the day before the reservation) coupons will not be given except by owner discretion.
