How to Find Us

The Wright Inn & Carriage House is conveniently located on
the northwest side of Asheville just off the I-240 loop.

If traveling West on I-240:
  • At end of ramp (a traffic light) turn right.
  • You will be on Montford Avenue and from that point, travel .7 of a mile to Watauga Street (one block past Waneta Street).
  • Make a left turn on to Watauga Street and travel one block - Watauga ends at Pearson Drive.
  • We are on the left corner, a big gray and white Victorian.
  • Pull around to the front to check-in and to unload luggage; parking will be in the rear of the house.

If traveling East on I-240:

  • At end of ramp (a traffic light) turn right (Haywood Street). At next corner (a traffic light) turn right.
  • Your will be on Montford Avenue and from that point, travel .8 of a mile to Watauga Street (one block past Waneta Street).
  • Make a left turn on to Watauga Street and travel one block - Watauga ends at Pearson Drive.
  • We are on the left corner, a big gray and white Victorian.
  • Pull around to the front to check-in and to unload luggage; parking will be in the rear of the house.
