For years visitors have admired its beautiful architectural details and old world charm. Now guests can come from near and far to experience gracious hospitality in this lovely old home. Located just minutes away from beautiful beaches along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The White Doe Inn offers an unparalleled list of amenities and services. Our staff is trained in the art of hospitality and delight in making sure that our guests receive the highest level of attention from the day of arrival to the day of departure. This is an important part of the Bed & Breakfast lodging experiences and one of the many reasons that we have one of the highest rated inns on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The White Doe Inn harkens back to a time when guests were pampered. Today, Innkeepers Bebe and Bob Woody make every effort to recapture that era of traveler comfort and camaraderie. Each guest room and suite is distinctly different. All bedchambers are decorated with family heirlooms, turn-of-the-century antiques, reproductions, special architectural features, appointments that compliment each room's décor and comfortable sitting areas with bedside gas log fireplaces. Several rooms offer spa tubs for two. King and queen-size beds are available. Every effort has been made to create a comfortable and intimate ambiance. |

| An important part of the Bed & Breakfast experience is the food. The White Doe Inn is pleased to provide outstanding service and a delicious full four-course seated and served breakfast that will delight your palate and be pleasing to the eye. Homemade cereal, home baked breads, morning Green Mountain Coffee and Harney & Sons Tea set the tone for breakfast. Great care is given to serving only the freshest foods that are garnished with edible herbs and flowers from the Inn's own gardens. Weather permitting you can enjoy your breakfast communing with nature on our beautiful back deck and veranda. | |
| A visit to The White Doe Inn is not complete without experiencing one of our soothing Spa treatments. Our holistic and nurturing treatments are designed to encourage relaxation, enhance circulation, eliminate toxins and minimize stress. The treatments are provided in the tranquil seclusion and privacy of your guestroom. We recommend you make your appointment as soon as possible as treatments do book well in advance. All spa services at the Inn must be booked through the Inn. | Guests returning to The White Doe Inn after a day of fun-filled adventure on the Outer Banks will find wonderful and delightful homemade desserts, a selection of Harney & Sons famous teas and our delicious Green Mountain Roasted Coffee. In the evening, guests may also enjoy a taste of Sherry in the parlor before dinner. So that our guests will not miss these specially prepared desserts, we have arranged for them to be available in the dining room from 3 -10 p.m. So . . . you can come back as many times as you wish! |
