The Waverly Inn

1. I understand that The Waverly Inn cannot be held responsible for any aggressive actions my dog(s) may make against guests or employees while on property and therefore cannot hold the inn accountable.
2. I understand that in the event that my dog(s) disrupts the stay of another guest, we may be evicted from the propety without refund. (No barkers please.) In addition, I also understand for safety reason and out of the consideration fo other guests, my dog must be on a leash at all times while out of our guest room. (Please do not take pets thorugh the front lobby, the pet friendly room is located near the back door for easy access in and out.)
3. I understand that for the comfort of my dog(s) The Waverly Inn only accepts well groomed small and medium size dogs 40 pounds and under.
4. I understand that I am to provide proof of current vaccinations and explain what type of flea protection I provide my dog(s) upon arrival.
5. I understand that I am to walk my dog behind the inn and that doggie doo-doo must be picked up and deposited into the provided trashcan near the garage. (Please do not walk dog on the front lawn.)
6. I understand that there is a cleaning fee for any "accidents" that need to be taken care of by anyone besides myself. I agree to notify the staff of any accidents inside the building so special cleaning services can be administered.
7. I understand that for the safety and comfort of the staff and my dog(s) that I am not to leave my dog(s) alone in the room when I leave unless they are crated. (They want to see Hendersonville too!) (We will not clean y9our room with yoru pet inside it - please make arrangements with staff daily at breakfast.)
8. I understand that I am not to give my dog a bath in the bathtub/shower. (We recommend The Doggie Bath at Pet Source, A do-it-yourself doggie bath, open Mon - Fri 9-6, Sat 9-5 & Sun 12-4, please ask us for directions).
9. I understand that The Waverly only has one pet friendly room and that pets are not allowed in any other guest room.
10. I understand that my dog(s) is not allowed on the bed or other furniture in the inn.
11. I understand that The Waverly Inn reserves the right to terminate my stay, without refund of monies, if any of these rules are disregarded.
