Truly elegant common rooms including the living room and dining room are available for guests to enjoy and guests can enjoy a full authentic Old Southern breakfast each morning.

Guestrooms in The Troy-Bumpas Inn Bed and Breakfast are located on the second floor. All have private baths with hair dryers and bath robes provided. The guestrooms are decorated with period antiques or reproductions, and each has a fireplace. Contemporary considerations include a telephone and cable television in each room (DVD players with library, VCR located in the parlor), top-of-the-line Serta mattresses, and Egyptian-cotton sheets.

No smoking is allowed inside the Inn, but designated outdoor smoking areas are available. The house is centrally cooled and heated, and its location allows easy travel to campuses, area hospitals, sporting events, shopping, dining and entertainment.
