The Bell of the Borders Room
The Bell of the Borders Room
The Bell of the Borders Room is reminiscent of bygone days with a queen-size, oak, scroll top bed. William "Red Cloak" Bell would have enjoyed the chance to relax in this room decorated in the light blue shades of the Bell Clan tartan and artifacts from the Bell and Esler families on the walls. Relax with a book or enjoy a bubble bath. This room offers full tub with shower. $120 per night, plus tax.
The Robert Burns Room
The Robert Burns Room is a wonderful blend of casual and elegant. The colors are a rich combination of yellows, greens and burgundy. Coordinating bedding adorn a queen-sized bed. Enjoy the full color portrait of the Bard himself and a numbered copy of a hand written letter written by Scotland's Poet Laureate in 1787. The Burns room has its own private bath. $100 per night, plus tax.

The House of Burnett Room
The House of Burnett Room
The House of Burnett Room is the largest and most elegant room. It boasts a beautiful cherry, four-poster queen sized pillow top bed. The triple dresser offers abundant storage for personal items. There are large, shuttered windows for light and privacy and an upholstered reclining chair to relax in. This room is a favorite for our brides and honeymoon couples. Besides the beautiful bed, the focal point is an authentic marriage license dated 1862. This room too, has a private bathroom. $125 per night, plus tax.
The St. Andrews Room
The St. Andrews Room has a new look. Is it a garden or a bedroom? Lavendar satin and a garden mural makes this room one of our most popular. It has a queen sized bed the head board and three drawer side dresser are over 200 years old and was at one time part of a peg and rope style. A numbered print of "The Links" at the old course of St. Andrews, Scotland, birth place of "The Game" by artist James Ellis is prominent in the room along with other golf memorabilia. There is a private two room bathroom, the best at Thistle House, with tub/shower just a step out into the hall. $90 per night, plus tax.
