The Carriage House

Policies

Open year round with a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
$125 - $145 per night for queen bedrooms with single or double occupancy.
$195 per night for the Upstairs two room Suite.
$255 per night for the Carriage House.
15% discount for Sunday - Thursday night stays, except during peak seasons.
Extra persons in the room are $15 per person per night.
Children under 2 are free of charge. Children over 2 are extra persons and they will be provided with a rollaway bed, towels and linens and a seat at the breakfast table.
Children are welcome and sitting can be arranged with advance notice.
Cable television and air conditioning is in each room.
Guest telephone is located in the entry foyer.
Wireless Internet access is available in the Inn.
No smoking on the property and pets are not permitted.
Special weekly rates and corporate rates are available upon request.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.
Cancellation policy for single room reservations - Notify us of the cancellation 2 weeks prior to your arrival date and there is no charge to your account.
Notify us of the cancellation less than two weeks of your arrival date and 50% of the entire reservation is charged to your account.
Notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to your arrival date and 100% of the entire reservation is charged to your account.
Cancellation policy for multiple room reservations - There is a nonrefundable $50 deposit per room charged to your credit card account when the reservation is made.
Notify us of the cancellation two weeks prior to your arrival date and there are no other charges.
Notify us of the cancellation less than two weeks of your arrival date and 50% of the entire reservation is charged to your account.
Notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to your arrival date and 100% of the entire reservation is charged to your account.
