Development in the area is limited and our natural beach is unspoiled and uncrowded, the way nature intended a beach to be. The quiet comfort of The Sunset Beach Inn overlooks the beautiful saltwater marsh and Intracoastal Waterway and is just a block away from the ocean. As the sun rises, some guests may sneak a few more winks. Others will enjoy the pastel colors of morning, strolling along the seashore or just rocking on one of our many porches. |

Our ten standard rooms and four grand rooms begin a long list of comforts crafted especially for our guests' peace of mind. Beautifully appointed rooms with king-sized beds, private baths, private screened porches, wet bars, large porches, and private storage areas for bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, etc., all combine to create a relaxed atmosphere that most can only dream about. Want to just sit and read? Try our living area filled with books, comfort and lots of windows for a warm summer breeze. Our beautifully landscaped grounds offer yet another place to relax and enjoy the salt air. Rocking chairs and porch swings are plentiful for lazy lounging. The Sunset Beach Inn is for all seasons. From your private screened porch you can enjoy the gentle breeze and the smell of marsh marigolds in autumn. Winter is a time for brilliant blue skies and crisp, clear days. The happy call of shore birds announce spring's rebirth, while summer abounds with lazy days spent on a sugar sand beach wrapped with complete relaxation. |

Each room is individually and professionally decorated around a particular theme. All rooms have one king-sized bed and will accommodate two people maximum. Two of the rooms have adjoining doors and can be rented together to a family of four or less. Adults with children must have prior approval before making a reservation and are limited to our adjoining rooms only. We ask that children be 12 or older. All rooms have private screened porches, overlooking the salt marsh and Intracoastal Waterway, two rocking chairs on porches, private baths, color cable TV, love seats, small refrigerators, and wet bars. The Grand Rooms are more spacious rooms with larger corner porches and Jacuzzi's. These porches have porch swings as well as the rocking chairs. |

| Our continental breakfast is convenient for everyone between the hours of 8:15 to 10 a.m. We have fresh muffins, boiled eggs, scones, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, toast, cereal and juice. We also have something hot like Hashbrown Casserole, French Toast, Biscuits, etc. |
