Stone Bridge Guest House is a unique Bed & Breakfast property in Coats, North Carolina. The structure is the conversion, restoration and relocation of a turn of the twentieth century store front. It seems unlikely that Stone Bridge ever existed anywhere other than its current woodland setting on a 17 acre family farm. Stone Bridge Guest House is a quiet respite for travelers driving north and south on Interstate 95, or east and west on Interstate 40 located in Harnett County. Stone Bridge is approximately eight miles from Exit 79 on I-95 in Benson. Coats is only 35 miles southeast of Raleigh and 30 miles north of Fayetteville.

Stone Bridge is a completely private guest house, with a large, rustic family room and dining area combination. Guests may enjoy a fire in the stone fireplace while watching cable television or playing cards.

Guests will retire to a more formal, elegant apartment at the rear of the house. The bedroom has a queen size poster bed (pictured below) and adjoining bathroom. The intimate living room area has cable television and a gas log fireplace. Connected to the living room is a fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar and executive desk with two phone lines and an inkjet printer with plain paper fax. Guests may step through the French doors outside to a covered 18'x20' back porch with a view of the running creek and North Carolina pines. The porch is perfect for conversing, grilling or reading.

Stone Bridge guests are welcome to explore the gardens on the property. Innkeepers Derek and Patty Currin continue to expand the gardens, stone walls and walkways each spring and summer season, so enjoy the changes on your next visit to this special place!

We make a special effort to accommodate your breakfast diet or specific breakfast favorites. Unless otherwise requested by our guests, we provide coffee, orange juice, cereals, milk, breads and yogurt for our guests to prepare themselves. Stone Bridge is also available for small garden parties, weddings, bridal luncheons, receptions or corporate meetings. Regardless of the occasion, everyone enjoys the panoramic view of the well manicured landscape. Rates are based on number of guests and length of event.

Innkeepers Derek and Patty Currin have created a very tranquil place in rural North Carolina. Stone Bridge reflects their philosophy that surroundings have a profound effect on our state of mind.
