Our home is also ideal for small and intimate weddings and receptions performed outdoors in our formal English garden or in our elegant home. Secluded from Pine Street, the well landscaped yard and formal gardens provide a beautiful and tranquil park-like setting for your special day. We can accommodate up to 25 people and offer set ups of tables, chairs, linens and tents, we also work with a local florist to obtain beautiful flowers and centerpieces. And provide the most professional options for catering around using only the best to insure the perfect result. There is no residency requirement for a marriage license in North Carolina, both the Bride and Groom may live elsewhere. In addition, there is no requirement for a blood test and there is no waiting period. Obtaining a marriage license in Mount Airy is as easy as a trip to the new Surry County Courthouse and the resister of deeds office. You must 18 years of age or older, have a social security card and drivers license and if married previously a copy of your final decree.
