Guest Rooms and Rates

All of our rooms are individually decorated and have private en suite bathrooms, cable TV and DVD, Fast Wireless Internet Access, a hair dryer and a radio, CD player and alarm clock. All rates quoted are per day and include evening refreshments and a full breakfast served at a time of your choosing between 6:30 and 10:30 a.m. In addition, we have a fitness center where during your stay you will have unlimited use of the facilities which include cardio and weight training equipment. As well, enjoy a dip in our huge in-ground swimming pool. At any time, you can relax either outside on one of our two porches or in the well-stocked Library.

For your added comfort, we have chosen only the highest quality mattresses making our beds, quite possibly, the most comfortable you will find outside of your own home. At Simply Divine, you don't need to buy an add-on package to get the luxury amenities you deserve; we provide them for you. We use only the finest quality bed linens which are smooth and silky. Our fluffy towels are big, soft and thirsty. Your comfort is enhanced by the plush microfiber twill, his-and-hers bathrobes in every room. For your sensory pleasure, we provide superior bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, hand and body lotion and moisturizing hypo allergenic glycerin soap. Opal Room

Another precious gem, this is a beautifull and spacious room with a Queen-sized bed. It is the only bedroom located on the main floor. The pink walls and glowingly warm hardfloors are a unique and sophisticated touch. The beautiful private bath has a large bathtub. The color of island contentment, this very private room on the second floor of the house overlooks the front lawn. It is draped in rich colors and has white wood furniture. The room has intimate and cozy warmth, set off by original hardwood flooring, fireplace and clasic furniture. It features a Queen-sized bed with heavy wood frame. This sophisticated and smartly appointed room on the second floor has elegant warmth and beautiful hardwood floors enhanced by a unique collection of English and American Antique furnishings, including a lovely King-sized bed. Policies ...

The above rates are for one or two people. The extra person charge is $20 per person, children (under 12) are $10 per child no charge for 2 and under.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm (later by arrangement).
Check-out is at 11 am.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the inn. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies, the porches, and in the garden.
Well behaved children are welcome with prior approval.
Small, well mannered and freshly groomed pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. The charge per pet is $20, there is also a refundable deposit required.
Reservations can be made by phone using a valid credit card.
A 50% deposit (100% for one night bookings) will be charged to your card at the time of the reservation. The balance is due at check-in.
72 Hours notice is required for cancellations, 7 days for holiday and special event weekends or reservations that include a package.
No deposit refunds will be allowed for late cancellations and no shows and late cancellations will be charged for one night’s accommodation or 60% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
