The Red Dog Inn offers lodging accommodations located just half a block from the historic Beaufort waterfront. Enjoy walking along the waterfront with your special someone. We are also just a short walk to gourmet restaurants, one-of-a-kind shops, the Maritime Museum, historic homes and ferries to the Rachel Carson Sanctuary and Shackelford Banks.

The Red Dog Inn - Beaufort, North Carolina

All guestrooms have in-room refrigerators, hairdryers, cable TV and a bottomless candy jar. Rates shown below are on-season/off-season rates. On-season rates are effective April 1 to October 31; off-season rates apply November 1 to March 31.

The Salty Dog Located on the first floor, this room features a queen-size white wrought-iron bed, private tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and pedestal sink. $125/$100
The Lucky Dog Located on the second floor, this guestroom features a king-size white wrought-iron bed, a sitting area with white wicker chairs with ottoman, and a large tiled bathroom with a two-person walk-in shower and walk in closet. $165/$150
Big Dog Suite Located on the second floor, the Big Dog Suite consists of a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. This roomy suite features a queen-sized white wrought-iron bed in the bedroom, and two large chairs that open into twin beds in the sitting room. The large tiled bathroom has a tub/shower combination.. $165/$150

Policies
  • A deposit of one night's stay is required for a two- or three-night reservation. Reservations for four or more nights require a 50% deposit.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and NC personal checks.
  • We will gladly refund your deposit if you cancel no later than 6 p.m. at least ten days prior to expected arrival.
  • There is a $15 surcharge for extra persons (available in the Big Dog room only).
  • We welcome children age 8 and older.
  • Check-in: 4 - 6 p.m.; check-out: 11 a.m. Please call ahead to arrange early check-in.
  • No Smoking.
