Prospect Hill is a restored Victorian Country Home in Waynesville, a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and from Biltmore Estate. The house is located on 1 1/2 acres of lawn and mature trees, at the edge of town on Main Street. It occupies the high land in town, and enjoys excellent views of the mountains on all sides. Waynesville is ideally located at the eastern edge of the Smoky Mountains. |

& Western North Carolina surround the Prospect Hill Bed & Breakfast Inn - A Victorian Bed & Breakfast. The property was acquired by the present owners in 1993, and has been completely restored. Private bathrooms, air conditioning, telephones and cable television have been added to all of the bedrooms. |

High speed wireless broadband internet access is available in the main house. |
| The massive front porch is a happy jumble of wicker, rockers, chaises, plant pots, puppies and reading materials; and the hanging Fuchsia baskets are attended by the Hummingbirds. | Inside, our personal collection of antique furnishings, oriental rugs and original artwork combine easily with the character of the old house to create again the ambience of a fine county home at the end of the Victorian era. |
