The Prospect Hill Cottage is located behind the Main House, served by a private driveway. It overlooks a quiet street and faces Eagle's Nest Mountain. There are two apartments, they share a common outside porch. The Apartments each contain a very comfortably furnished living room with cable television and a picture window which looks directly onto Eagle's Nest Mountain to the west. The Kitchenette contains a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster; there is stainless steel cutlery and cookware, and melamine tableware. Each apartment has its own private entrance, a shared telephone is on the porch, and parking is a few steps away.
A stairway leads from the living room to the second floor air conditioned bedroom which has one King size and one single bed, and a full bathroom with tub and shower, an infant's cot is also available. The entire apartment is paneled with knotty pine.
