THE BILTMORE
(January 5 - November 6)
We welcome you with a bottle of the BILTMORE'S fine wine, souvenir book, 2 audio tour passes and 2 tickets to the Estate. Package includes 2 nights at Ponder Cove. We'll let you in on the Ponder Cove secret. Start at the winery (when everyone else is at the house) and enjoy the tasting, cruise the gardens, grounds and shops. Then head for the house later in the afternoon. $560 plus tax.

RUNAWAY BRIDE - Do it YOUR WAY!
Let us take care of the details and you concentrate on the ROMANCE. You will receive a wedding cake crafted by our local pastry chef, a bouquet of roses, an exclusive bottle of Biltmore's finest champagne and professional photographs. Your service will be officiated by a local minister and Gary and I will stand in as witnesses. Beautiful and memorable beyond compare. Package includes two nights at Ponder Cove. $895 plus tax. FINE DINING AND THE TUBS
(May 1- October 30)
Two specially embroidered Ponder Cove Bath Towels and a certificate for a one-hour soak await your arrival. On spa day take off for The Hot Springs Spa, drop your drawers and have a nice private soak in one of the tubs overlooking the French Broad River. Now that is a Madison County Experience. The best part is when you are finished soaking and dressed "to the nines" (in Madison County that's putting your clothes back on) stroll over to Bridge Street Cafe ("a real dining gem" says the Asheville Citizens Times") over looking Spring Creek and enjoy fine but casual dining in this historic town. (That stroll just happens to be on the Appalachian Trail.) Package includes 2 nights at Ponder Cove, souvenir bath towels, one hour soak and dinner. $560 plus tax.

BACK IN TIME ON HORSEBACK ~ Year Round
We welcome you with 2 Ponder Cove t-shirts and certificate for an afternoon 3 hour trailride. SANDY BOTTOM TRAIL RIDES will choose a horse for you dependent on your size and skill level. (All sizes welcome.) Not only will you embrace the mountain vistas and imagine its people from years past but you will mine for garnets along the way. This is one of our most popular packages. Package includes 2 nights at Ponder Cove. $545 plus tax.

RIDE THE RAPIDS
Dates dependant on River Conditions - Approximately March through October.
We welcome you with 2 Ponder Cove custom embroidered towels and 2 certificates for an afternoon ride on the French Broad River you won't forget. Nantahala Outdoor Center will take you for a gorgeous country drive before dripping you off at a prime starting point for this great afternoon of rafting on one of Western North Carolina's most scenic rivers. Package includes 2 nights at Ponder Cove. $525 plus tax

CHRISTMAS AT THE BILTMORE
(November 6 - January 4)
This is the most special time at THE BILTMORE. Entrance to the house is timed. So, you must plan early. We welcome you with a bottle of the Biltmore's fine wine, souvenir book, 2 audio passes and 2 tickets to the Estate. Package includes 2 nights at Ponder Cove. $580 plus tax.

COUNTDOWN TO TAX TIME
(January 1 - April 15)
