The Keeping Room: Queen bed, sitting area, phone, steam shower and whirlpool bath, fireplace, and private access to porch. $175 weekdays, $195 weekends, holidays, and October.

Second Floor Rooms:

Seven rooms have queen beds. One room has twins. $125 weekdays, $145 weekends, holidays and October.

Queen bed, sitting area, fireplace, phone, whirlpool tub, separate shower, deck $175 weekdays, $200 weekends, holidays, and October.

King bed, sitting area, fireplace, phone, extra bedroom with a twin bed, deck. $200 weekdays, $220 weekends, holidays, and October.

Queen bed, separate living area, fireplace, phone, steam shower and whirlpool bath, porch. $220 weekdays, $250 weekends, holidays, and October.

Two large bedrooms (each with a queen bed), two baths (one with a soaking tub), loft with twin beds, living room with fireplace, phone, TV, sunroom, kitchen and screened porch. $295 weekdays; $325 weekends, holidays and October. If second bedroom is used, the rate is $395 weekdays; $425 weekends, holidays and October. Additional guests in loft $25 per person. Maximum of six guests.

• Rates are single or double occupancy.
• Third person in Keeping Room or Cottages, $25.
• A full breakfast is served and is included in the room rate.
• All rooms have private bath and air- conditioning.
• Children over 12 are comfortable at The Orchard Inn.
• Guest pets are not permitted. (Local boarding available)
• The Orchard Inn is non-smoking.
• For your full enjoyment, advance weekend reservations require a two-night minimum stay.
• A reservation is confirmed with your credit card for the amount of one night's tariff.
• If your plans change and you must cancel your reservations more than two weeks before your arrival, we will gladly refund your deposit.
• If less than two weeks , we will refund your deposit (less cancellation fee of $25) if your reservation can be filled.
• Holiday, peak season, and groups require longer cancellation periods.
• Check in: 3 - 9 PM; Check out: 11 AM.
• You may settle tariff with cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
• All rates subject to 7% NC sales tax and 3% county occupancy tax.
• Rates subject to change.
• Reservations accepted between 9 AM and 9 PM, if you please.
