With 4 spacious, two room Suites, two rooms (8 separate bedrooms), 5 full baths, ample porches, decks, wonderful common areas and a one-acre yard, the Cottage works wonderfully for special gatherings of all kinds. Reserve the Whole Cottage with full services, or for added privacy and independence, reserve the Whole Cottage without additional services:

Whole Cottage Rentals with full services:
Thursday through Sunday nights with full services, including daily housekeeping, daily maid service & sumptuous full breakfast, for up to 10 guests, $630 nightly;
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, $575 nightly.
If more than 10 guests are staying, add $15 each additional guest per night, up to 20 guests maximum. Add 10.75% taxes to all totals.

Without Breakfast, daily housekeeping & daily maid service ("a la carte", Thursday through Sunday nights, $530 nightly flat rate; $485 nightly flat rate, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, maximum 20 guests.
