Mountain Meadows Farm Country Bed and Breakfast is a 20-acre farm and orchard built in the "Old Craftsman Style". The home has a total square footage of 5,109 square feet with five bedrooms and five fireplaces. All bedrooms have private baths with spectacular mountain views. The Farm offers old-world style with all the modern conveniences. White pine, oak, and Brazilian cherry lend warmth and charm to the structure. |

The Entrance to our home is a solid Mahogany front door with leaded decorative glass. The front foyer is spacious and welcoming. Your eyes will be drawn to the many colors and types of woods used in our home. The foyer floor is Travertine Stone with a Jerusalem Stone Medallion. The Living Room has seating for numerous couples or families. Appointments include Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring, marble tiled fireplace with hardwood cherry mantel, and floor to ceiling windows with an overhead transom, reminiscent of a by-gone era. Spend a cozy evening near the fireplace, or enjoy a game of cards, checkers, scrabble, cribbage or billiards in our spacious game room. The Kitchen is large, even by country standards. French doors close off the formal living room and formal dining room from kitchen activities. You'll be able to smell all the delicious foods long before the breakfast hour approaches. Start your morning with breakfast and an uplifting view of the mountains and woods. Weather permitting, enjoy your breakfast on the rear deck by stepping through the French doors. The Rear Deck offers a relaxing atmosphere with a panoramic view of mountain ranges. In the valley below catch glimpses of our peaceful Zionville farming community. |

Directions:
From Boone, North Carolina, head north on SR 421 (also SR 321) for approximately 12 miles to the Tennessee State Line. Make left hand turn at the large Tennessee State Line Sign on to Old SR 421 (CR 1233). Travel along Old 421 for approximately 1.4 miles to Harbin Road on the right. Head up Harbin Road approximately one-half mile to 399 Harbin Road and the Mountain Meadows Farm entrance road on the left.
