The Magnolia Room is the only downstairs bedroom. It has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, private entrance to a garden patio and a view of the inn’s namesake, the giant old Southern magnolia tree with its heaven scented blossoms. This room is handicap accessible.

The Buckeye Room has a king sized bed, blue Victorian wallpaper, private bathroom with a two person whirlpool bathtub, fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the mountains. You can also see the boxwood maze from the balcony and giant yellow buckeye tree from the window.

The Rose Room has a queen sized bed, yellow Victorian wallpaper, a private bathroom with a two person whirlpool bathtub, fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the mountains, the boxwood maze, and the rose garden.

The Sycamore Room has a queen sized bed, fireplace, and a private bathroom. You can see the Sycamore tree and the row of white pines bordering the garden from the window.

The Walnut Room has a king sized bed, fireplace, a private bathroom with a one person whirlpool bathtub, and a small lookout balcony overlooking the Chinese black walnut tree and the magnolia.

Miss Peggy's Suite (not pictured) is a two bedroom suite with a king bed in each room, a living area with TV and gas pot belly stove and bath with a one person Jacuzzi tub. There is a private sitting porch and a garden patio.

Fowler's Bend is a 100 year old general store overlooking Spring Creek and Town Waterfalls. It has 2 suites which are great for couples or families.

The Inn also has a Garden House, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath (one has a 2 person Jacuzzi tub), full kitchen and great room with vaulted ceiling. The house has a front porch with rockers, a back deck and a beautiful flower/herb garden. With futons, the Garden House can sleep up to 10 people.
