Griffin Cottage
Griffin Cottage, our new carriage house, opened Spring 2005. It has three deluxe accommodations: the William Morris room and the Rossetti suite on the ground floor and our magnificent, one of a kind, 1300 sq ft Cloisters suite as the entire second floor.
Scabos and Noche tumbled marble is used throughout for the floors and showers. All the ground floor rooms have heated floors as do the SPA room, shower and bathroom floors in the Cloisters.
All accommodations are "children and pet friendly" with "doggy trundle beds" in the ground floor rooms.
All accommodations have gas fireplaces (two person Inglenook fireplace in the Rossetti suite), king size beds, comfortable club chairs, "wet bars" with a Flavia tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, automatic ice maker, microwave/convection oven, wide screen satellite TVs, surround sound, and DVD/CD players.
Each bathroom has a multi-head thermostatically controlled shower and steam bath. The two person whirlpools are the latest technology from Aquatic Industries. They have 16 body jets including a six-program 12-jet shiatsu massage, 12-jet air bath and chromatherapy lighting. The ultimate in whirlpool technology and comfort!

The William Morris room and Rossetti suite each have a private, walled garden patio to the rear. The French doors open up into the private garden, making the whirlpools feel as though they are outside; ideal for “moonlight massages”!
The Cloisters is our incredible 1300 sq ft second floor suite, the largest suite in Asheville!
