We require a note from your vet stating that your pet is current on his or her vaccinations or titers. For dogs, this includes DHLLP (a.k.a DHL2P or 5 in 1), bordatella and rabies. You can send the note via regular mail, e-mail, or provide it to us upon checking in. A pet waiver must also be signed at check-in. For the comfort and safety of our diverse group of guests and our resident innpugs, pets are not permitted in common areas of the Main House (i.e., kitchen, library loft, great room, dining solarium). When outdoors, guest pets should be leashed at all times. Pooper-scoopers are provided. Accidents happen. If your pet has an accident in your room, please clean what you can immediately, and notify one of your innkeepers as soon as possible. If we can get to it soon enough, hopefully it will be a non-issue. We do reserve the right to full reimbursement for damage caused by guest pets (or humans). While you're on Inn property, your pet is permitted to remain in your room unattended, provided he or she is in a crate. We have crates available free-of-charge if you need one. If you wish to leave your pet in his or her crate at the Inn while you explore the area for the day, we provide limited day-sitting services for an additional $25 per day. This includes outdoor bathroom breaks and checking in on your pet throughout the day. If your pet is disruptive or a problem arises that cannot be resolved (e.g., excessive barking, lack of control, pet being left without proper confinement, etc.), we will be happy to recommend a nearby doggie daycare and overnight pet accommodations at a nearby pet spa, or ask that you seek alternative accommodations.
