All 4 bedrooms in the main house have a private bath with a shower and two with a soaking tub. The two upstairs rooms have their own private balconies overlooking a spectacular view of the mountains. The two suites located in the original carriage house, about 20 steps away from the main house have their own private porch, queen size bed, jacuzzi whirlpool tub and outdoor fireplaces.

Mountain Creek Bed & Breakfast - Waynesville, North Carolina Mountain Creek Bed and Breakfast is a romantic retreat located in the mountains of Western North Carolina near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We are only minutes to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Asheville, the Cataloochee Ski slope, and the Biltmore Estate. Our chalet-style getaway is pet friendly and is located in the heart of some of the best hiking, skiing, bicycling, rafting, and waterfalls in the Eastern U.S. We offer rooms with treetop balconies, outdoor fireplaces, and/or Jacuzzi tubs. Let us help you plan your special events; family retreats, weddings, corporate retreats, spiritual retreats, or simply fun getaways.

In the 1950's, CEO Mr. Freedlander built a corporate retreat as a sanctuary for visiting Dayco Corporation clients. No expense was spared to create a beautiful and peaceful place for guests to walk through five acres of landscaped paths, two creeks, waterfalls, a millwheel and a huge trout pond. The 4745 square foot lodge set on the side of a cliff is 100 feet above the pond features a warm fireplace, surrounded by wormy chestnut paneling and 35 foot floor-to-ceiling windows, which overlook a beautiful mountain view.

Each morning, a hearty but healthy gourmet breakfast, is served in the dining room or on the 1600 square foot deck that wraps around the west side of the house overlooking the creek, trout pond, and mountain views. Some favorite dishes at the Inn include Egg Truffles, Blueberry French Toast, Belgium Waffles, and Breakfast Burritos. There is always fresh fruit, breads, and coffee to complement this meal, guaranteeing you won't walk away hungry. After your breakfast, take a cool and refreshing swim in the lap pool with its own private deck for those wishing to sun.

As you look across five acres of woods, gardens and paths, you see the mountains turning into a tapestry of colors as the sun sets on another perfect day in the Smokies. The cool air from the evening brings you inside to the warmth of a roaring fire, inviting you to the complimentary cocktail hour, a book, a friend, or relaxation. Enjoy nearby Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest, Skiing, Hiking Biking, Golfing, Tennis, White Water Rafting, plus so much more.
