All guest rates are subject to change.
All guestrooms have cable TV, HBO, desks and phones, and WI-FI Broadband Internet connection.
All guestrooms can be reserved privately.
All guestrooms have window seats.
Sales and accommodations tax not included in room rates.
There is no discount on Holidays or Holiday weekends.
Business rates discounts and long term stays.
Rates change for special events.
Check in time is 4:30 to 7:30 pm by appointment!
We ask that you check-out by 11 a.m. so we may properly prepare the room for incoming guests.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
Please feel free to smoke on the porch or the many seating areas in the gardens.
We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card or payment of one night lodging. Refundable 72 hours prior to check in; balance due in full on check in.
Pets: We can accomodate you pet's using our LX large dog crates in our garage. $10 per night plus tax.
THE FACILITIES HERE ARE FOR GUESTS USE ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

The guest area includes a private kitchen with Microwave,
TV, Refrigerator and Dishwasher.
