  • Rates do not include 13% tax
  • Check-in 4 - 6 pm
  • Check-out 11 am
  • Advance notice required for late check-in
  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • A 50% deposit is required for all reservations
  • A 10 day notice is required for cancellations with a $25 fee
  • Wedding packages require a 60 day cancellation with a $200 fee
  • We welcome kids over 4 years old
  • All pets must be leashed at all times
  • Smoking is permitted only on the veranda
  • Wedding guests are required to follow all policies of the inn
  • Clients for weddings will be responsible for the actions of their guests
