Introduction

The Main Street Inn has welcomed guests for over 100 years. The Inn was restored to its original circa 1885 luster during the winter of 1998 by New York Architect and designer Christopher E. Dubs.

The Inn offers 20 charming, cozy rooms, all with private baths, individual heating and air conditioning, telephones and cable TV. Situated in the middle of the five-block, downtown area of Highlands, fine dining and shopping are all within walking distance.

  • Weekends, holidays and special events may require minimum stays and special rates.
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 1 night deposit.
  • Deposits are not refundable for holidays or the month of October, otherwise a 14 day notice is required.
  • Payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, traveler's checks or cash.
  • Check in: 3 P.M. - 8 P.M. Late arrival by prior arrangement only.
  • Check out: 11 A.M.
  • No pets. No smoking except for porches, patios and balconies.
