Weekday Wedding Package
We have received many requests for a wedding package to address the needs of encore brides and brides who are looking for a smaller event. We have developed the Weekday Wedding Package at a significantly reduced price to satisfy those requests. The Weekday Wedding Package is available Sunday thru Thursday and will provide an event that will be every bit as impressive and personal as that which is provided by the Weekend Wedding Package but it will occur in a limited period of time.

The Weekday Wedding Package includes all of the following:
Exclusive use of Magnolia Manor from 3 PM to 10 PM on the day of the wedding which includes the grounds and the Carriage House Pavilion for your wedding and reception.
Your choice of wedding sites on 13 acres.
Sheila will be your full service Wedding Coordinator.
Use of grounds for wedding portrait.
Bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, 2 mothers corsages, 3 bridesmaids flowers, 3 grooms boutonnieres and 2 fathers boutonnieres and flower girl basket with rose pedals, all of in-season flowers.
Over-the-top reception buffet for 75 guests in the elegantly decorated
Carriage House Pavilion caterer by our caterer.
Wedding cake with cake cutting service.
Music for reception by professional DJ.
All required tables, chairs, linens, glassware, set-up and clean-up.
All Inclusive Price: $7,950 plus tax
A $2500 deposit will hold your date

NOTE: A Southern Barbeque menu may be substituted for the Reception Buffet to reduce the price further to $7200 plus tax. Modifications to this Weekday Wedding Package may be made with appropriate price adjustments. Overnight accommodations are available Sunday thru Thursday night at our regularly published rates. Weekend Wedding Package
The Weekend Wedding Package includes all of the following:
Exclusive use of Magnolia Manor for the entire weekend, 4 PM Friday to 11 AM Sunday which includes all common areas of the Manor House, the grounds and the Carriage House Pavilion for your rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception.
Overnight accommodations Friday and Saturday, 5 suites, 10 guests. (Additional lodging available). Your choice of wedding sites on 13 acres. Sheila will be your Full Service Wedding Coordinator. Breakfast Saturday and Sunday for all overnight guests. Use of grounds for wedding portrait.
Casual rehearsal dinner in the Carriage House Pavilion for 25 guests.
Bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, 2 mothers corsages, 3 bridesmaids flowers, 3 grooms boutonnieres and 2 fathers boutonnieres and flower girl basket with rose pedals, all of in-season flowers.

All Inclusive Price: $14,950 plus tax
A $3000 deposit will hold your date

Additionally, Magnolia Manor can modify the Weekend Wedding Package to accommodate the size of your guest list and to fit your individual needs with appropriate price adjustments. This package is offered for 100 guests at your wedding and reception because we have found that to be the average size wedding. We routinely host weddings with guest lists from 40 to 300 guests. Considering all that is included in this package, you will find our Weekend Wedding Package to be the most stress free and cost effective wedding package available in the area.
