From one veteran and his family of 21 years in the military and whose father served 30+ years as a policeman, thank you for your service to our country and our communities. Stay with us and receive a 10% discount on your stay. Includes all active reservists, national guard, active duty military, police and fireman. Not to be used with other discounts. A complimentary bottle of champagne or sparkling cider will be provides on the night of your choice.

Thanksgiving Special (11/26/2009 thru 11/27/2009)
Offering a full traditional Thanksgiving Dinner (turkey & ham) and all the fixings for inn guests. Cost is only $15.99 per person. Dinner is free for any guests staying three of more nights over Thanksgiving.

Winter Relaxation/Getaway (01/08/2010 thru 03/14/2010)
Do Nothing Winter Weekend Special

Need to relax and unwind? Come to the mountains of North Carolina?s High Country to get back to basics. Arrive Friday night between 3 and 6 to a welcoming fire in the living room. Get settled in your room and come and enjoy a beverage, cup of soup du jour and heavy d?oeuvers. Visit with the innkeepers and other guests, or visit our library of DVDs/VHS tapes to watch in your room. Sleep in on Saturday morning, then join us for coffee and tea at starting at 0900, with a brunch served at 1000. The day is yours to do as little or much as you like. Our location is convenient to skiing, shopping, hiking and everything to do in the High Country. Schedule a massage package (Stress Relief Package) or romance package (ABC?s of Romance) to round out your day. We will assist you with menus and reservations for the right restaurant choice for your dinner plans. Finally, on Sunday, we will offer a coffee tea service at 0830 with a full hot breakfast served at 0900. This package is offered at no additional cost on the following weekends:
Jan. 8th & 9th, Jan.22nd & 23rd , and Mar. 12th & 13th .

Valentine/Romance Package (02/01/2010 thru 02/28/2010)
We celebrate romance throughout the month of February as well as Valentine's Day. Treat your Valentine to a special romance package of on half dozen fresh roses, two Lovill House ceramic mugs filled with Valentine chocolates, or a half dozen strawberries dipped in chocolate, and a special complimentary bottle of your choice (wines, champagne, or sparkling cider) from our cellar. Offered throughout the months of February. Cost $55.
