How To Find Us

From Boone:
105 to traffic light at Linville. Right at light, pass Pixie Motel on left. Next right turn is Ruffin Street. Linville B.&B. 1/4 mile on right. Look for white picket fence.

From Blue Ridge Parkway:
Exit Milepost #305, Grandfather Mountain Pass main entrance going down mountain. Go through traffic light, Ruffin Street is next right hand turn. Watch for white picket fence on right.

From South:
Interstate 40W. Exit 100, Morganton, stay to right. Hardees on right, turn left onto 181N. Go 31 miles, stop light, large green barn with signs on it. Turn right, drive approximately 1/2 mile, Ruffin St. on left. Linville B.&B. 1/4 mile on right, with white Picket fence.

From North:
Exit 69 from Hwy. 81 to Hwy. 394 to 11E. South to 19E to Elizabethton, TN. to 19E to Hampton, Roan Mountain 19E to Elk Park, to 194N to Newland. Turn left on Hwy 181 to Linville. Ruffin Street a left hand turn shortly after you go through traffic light.
