 Your room at Linne ‘Ardan has a very own distinctive personality. It is furnished with an antique rope bed that has been modified to queen size and is complete with premium foundations. Sorry, you cannot find a closet, but your clothes can be placed in your room’s antique armoire. Your private bath has a roomy shower with a seat and other necessary amenities, and plenty of hot water is available. Relax and enjoy. Tired of bright electrical lights? You may light the old antique oil lamp for a softer, restful mood, but do inquire of the innkeeper for instructions in lighting, trimming of the wick and snuffing out the old lamp. Sorry, no candles or open flame allowed.

 The Buchanan Room can accommodate up to two additional guests. An additional tariff of $30 per night, per person is required, and also advance reservations are mandatory for three or four guests occupancy.

  • Our rates vary with the seasons and range from $145 to $195 per night.
  • Rates for single and/or double occupancy and include breakfast and our high tea.
  • Scottish high tea is available for your guests for an additional $25 per couple. Please contact us for arrangements if you intend to invite your guests for this gracious event.
  • All tariffs are subject to state sales and local occupancy taxes. Unfortunately rates, taxes, and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay assures you of a room. Extended stays require a deposit equal to 50% of the total tariff. Requirements for holidays, special occasions, and complete inn leasing may differ.
  • Minimum stays are required during holiday weekends, special events, tours, and fall foliage season.
  • Unfortunately due to our size, we must require a 10-day notification of cancellation in order for you to receive a complete refund of your deposit. Otherwise it is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your reserved room, your deposit will be refunded less $25 service fee. Your deposit will be applied to any unused portion of your reservation such as an early departure or late arrival.
  • We accept your MasterCard, Visa, check, and, of course, cash for payment.
  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Prior arrangements can be made with the innkeepers for different times.
  • Unfortunately, we do not have accommodations for your pet or pets. Rudy, our enthusiastic Golden Retriever greeter and mascot, will make you feel right at home.
  • Linne 'Ardan á Lake Lure is not suitable for your children under the age of 13 years.
  • Linne ‘Ardan is a totally smoke-free environment.
