• Check in: 3 - 9 pm; special arrangements may be made for arrivals after 9 pm with advance notice. Check out by 11 am.
• A deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required to guarantee reservation.
• Balance due upon check in, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Traveler's Checks.
• No Pets Allowed (boarding facilities for cats and dogs within ½ miles)
• No smoking allowed inside of inn.
• Children accompanying adults must be a minimum of 12 years old.
• A two-night minimum stay will be required for special event weekends and holiday weekends.
• Gift certificates available for purchase.
• The inn can be reserved for special events with the deposit of 50% of the total due for special event packages.
• For a full deposit refund for 1 - 6 nights stay, we require notice of cancellation 14 days prior to the date(s) booked.
• For a full deposit refund for 7+ nights stay, we require notice of cancellation 20 days prior to dates booked.
• Cancellation of Special Requests: A 14 day notice is required for special requests prior to the date booked to avoid charges of the full amount for the special requests such as flowers, musicians, etc.
• Cancellation of Special Events: Deposit is non refundable for events that will use the whole facility for overnight stays.
• For cancellations made 3 - 13 days prior to reserved stay, there will be a $25 reservation fee charged if we are not able to rebook the space for the same period.
• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the reserved stay, there is no refund on the deposit.
• Special Events/Parties: Check in begins at 3 pm on the first day for which the deposit has been made. Dinners/Parties which include guests who are overnight guests must end by 10 pm weekdays (Sun - Thurs.); must end by 11 pm on weekends (Fri. & Sat.)
