| When you enter this house we want you to feel, not just welcome, but that it is your own home, so go ahead and enjoy your morning coffee in your second floor common room or afternoon refreshments on the balcony just beyond the French doors. Before a day shopping in Hendersonville or Asheville, take breakfast in your Dining Room or we can set your table on the front porch if you prefer. Come relax on your 1100 sq ft front porch. If the morning is warm, take your breakfast in the fresh air. Watch the titmice & towhees, enjoy the antics of the squirrels, talk to new neighbors or just ignore all of that and take a nice long nap on your front porch rocker. |

Make yourself at home and take some time to stroll your grounds. Your Music Room has a piano, guitar, mandolin, tambourine, dulcimer & who knows what else as time goes by. All that is needed is your talent, or inclination, to fill the Music Room with harmony. If you're ready to just veg out, fire up your HDTV, relax in the Parlor, and watch a romantic movie or the game you've been waiting for. If that romantic movie isn't enough and you're ready for a little real romance or just a good night's sleep, it's about time to retire to your room. After a sound sleep, wake up to a hearty breakfast and plan your days activities. You may want to simply relax with a book here at the Inn, but if your up to it, Hendersonville and the Western North Carolina Mountains offer more things to do than there are days to do them. |

In 1853, Killarney House was one of the earliest residences built in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Now a Bed and Breakfast, Killarney has served as a place of welcome and home to residents and visitors for 150 years. Every guest of Killarney House Inn becomes a part of its history. Killarney offers one and a quarter acres on which you can wander freely. Surrounded by tall pines and shaded by oaks, dogwoods, hollies and rhododendron, the grounds provide a pleasing combination of both the natural and the cultivated. Watch the Hummingbirds at the feeder while you relax with afternoon refreshment. Enjoy peaches, apples, & figs straight from the tree, that is if you can beat the squirrels to them. All of our rooms feature private baths, hair dryers, Wireless Internet, ceiling fans and televisions. Rooms include a full breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Four of our rooms feature working fireplaces. |
