The Magnolia Room Downstairs room with queen black iron canopy bed accommodations plus a daybed easily accommodating two additional guests within the same room; Glenda Turley's Southern Traditions Magnolia print linens of greens, cream and deep magenta; private en suite bath with original claw foot tub/shower. Rate: Single Occupancy $110/Double $120 including full breakfast.

• Multiple day reservations and deposits may be required during certain times of the year. In order to insure a 90% refund, cancellations of one-two room reservations must be made 7 days prior to the day or arrival; three-four room reservations require a 30 day notice. We are a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. In the unlikely event that you must cancel after the notice period, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. Any room(s) rebooked will be refunded immediately.
