Fiona's Room A bright airy room with a fireplace, overlooking the porch. The walls have English watercolor prints which make the room attractive and pleasing to the eye. Rate: Single Occupancy $110/Double $120 including full breakfast.

The Sweet Violets Room Upstairs, with double bed accommodations, private en suite full bath with shower. Rate: $95 per night/Single Occupancy $110 per night/Double Occupancy

In order to insure a 90% refund, cancellations of one-two room reservations must be made 7 days prior to the day or arrival; three-four room reservations require a 30 day notice. We are a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. In the unlikely event that you must cancel after the notice period, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. Any room(s) rebooked will be refunded immediately.
