Welcome to The Kerr House, located in historic Statesville, North Carolina. The Inn, located in one of Statesville's four residential historic districts, was built in 1891. AAA 3 Diamond Rated!

The area has many beautiful homes on wide, tree-shaded streets. Most houses in this district are of later Victorian design. The atmosphere of earlier years has been retained to a large degree. Modern conveniences such as DSL for wireless internet access is a plus for business travelers. Inside, attention to custom details in each of the rooms provides a pleasant change from hotels and motels. Our impeccably maintained rooms provide an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. Few intrusions mar this district's appearance. Eighty-five percent of the present buildings were constructed prior to 1930. It provides a beautiful setting for a walk.
