The S & W Room

The S&W Building is one of the most classic Art Deco buildings downtown, on Patton Avenue across from the park.

The S&W Room is fresh and dramatic. Four poster, black lacquer bed... African and animal prints and decor. The S&W has hardwood floors, oriental rugs and a breakfast nook that overlooks the gardens. The bathroom is a crisp and clean black and white, with JACUZZI TUB and shower and view of the gardens.

Standard Rate: $180; Mid-week Rate: $160
(Winter Rate: $150; Mid-week: $130)
