Our quaint and spacious rooms are furnished with antiques and more antiques to give you the authentic feeling of home.

In addition to our Bed & Breakfast accommodations, Heaven's Gate is also available for private gatherings such as weddings, retreats and family reunions, as well as festivals and special events. Sharon offers her own scrumptious line of baked goods, pies and cakes to the public through the Back Door Bakery and can provide full catering services for your gathering.

Heaven's Gate offers a peaceful and romantic setting on 8.5 acres of the most beautiful countryside in the world, which would be ideal for your event or wedding. We offer wedding packages, which include the use of 5 Exquisite bedrooms furnished with beautiful antiques for you and your wedding party. We will work with you to fulfill your dreams for the perfect day or weekend. Contact us for a quote.

Any event you can think of would be so special in this serene setting: Family Reunions, Retreats, Business Meetings, Workshops, Conferences, Girls Weekend Away, Men's Golf Outings at Jefferson Landings Golf Club, Festivals, Craft Fairs and Special Events. Large or intimate, we can provide the venue to bring your visions to life.

We are close to shopping in Jefferson and numerous Art Galleries in West Jefferson. The New River is 3 miles from Heaven's Gate where you can rent a canoe or lazily float down the river on tubes. Jefferson Landing Golf Course is approximately 4 miles away. Approximately 30 minutes from Boone for skiing in winter, site seeing in the summer, and nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, only 1/2 mile off of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
