| German Lemon Grits |
Follow directions on Cream of Wheat (Farina) but substitute milk for water. Cook like Polenta and add sugar to taste. Add egg yolks (I think 3 to a batch) and Lemon Zest with vanilla extract. Should taste lemony. Sheet/wax on square pan. Refrigerate. Cut into squares and pan fry.
