All of these recipes have been served at Hawkesdene House, and over the years we have found that most of them are enjoyed by everyone. You will notice that we use a lot of fruit and berries. We grown our own Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries. When possible we purchase Strawberries from local farmers. We use no herbicides or insecticides on our own berries.
