Located in the Historic District of New Bern, the Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

 Harmony House was purchased by Benjamin Ellis in 1850 from Francis Lamotte who had owned the house since 1809. The house began as a four-room, two-story Greek Revival home.

Room Type: Two Room Suite with Queen Canopy Bed
Maximum guests in room: 4 		Originally the innkeeper's quarters, this two room corner suite offers a living room with a Queen Sized pull-out sofa bed and a separate bedroom with Queen Sized Canopy Bed. This suite is located in the back corner of the house and has three large windows. In the armoire, we provide two plush robes for our guests' use. The living room has the sofa bed and two other sitting chairs. The bathroom is large and has extra drawer and medicine cabinet space to store toiletries. The layout of this room makes it a good choice for families with children and corporate guests because they have the privacy of the living room for small meetings.
