Grassy Creek Falls

Guest rooms are all individually decorated in the magnificent Highlands style. King or Queen bedded rooms may have fireplaces, baths with jetted tubs, separate showers, private decks, and spectacular views. Season rates range from $200 to $550. We offer special discounted rates during the winter.

*Glen Falls*	Queen bed, sitting area, private deck, jetted tub with shower.	$200/night
*Satulah Falls*	Queen shaker canopy bed, private deck, jetted tub with shower.	$180/night
*Linville Falls*	Queen bed, lounge chair with ottoman, glass shower.	$160/night
*Silver Run Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private deck, jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*White Water Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private deck, jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*Big Laurel Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private deck, jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*High Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private wrap-around deck, double jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*Cullasaja Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private deck, jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*Grassy Creek Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private deck, jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*Looking Glass Falls*	King bed, sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, private deck, jetted tub and separate shower.	$220/night
*Bridal Veil Falls*	King canopy bed, sitting area, corner stacked stone fireplace, private wrap-around deck, double jetted tub and large separate shower.	$250/night
*Rainbow Falls*	King bed, small sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, jetted tub with shower, private deck.	$200/night
*Twin Falls*	King bed, lounge chair with ottoman, jetted tub with shower, private porch with rockers. This room is ADA accessible.	$200/night
*Winter Garden Falls*	King bed, small sitting area, stacked stone fireplace, jetted tub with shower, private deck.	$200/night

*Cabin Rooms from $200 - $550 per night*
*Earnest House*	Living and dining room, wood burning fireplace, complete kitchen, king bed, gas log fireplace, large jetted tub with separate shower.
*Elizabeth's Room*	King bed, fireplace, dinette and a kitchenette. May be rented in conjunction with the Earnest House to create a two bedroom cabin.
*Justice Cabin*	Kitchenette, living room with wood burning fireplace, separate dining alcove, queen bedroom, gas log fireplace, jetted tub with shower. May be rented with the Earnest House and Elizabeth's Room for a three bedroom, three bathroom escape.
*Tavern House*	Full country kitchen, large living and dining room with a wood burning fireplace, large covered porch with an outdoor dining area also with a wood burning fireplace, king bedroom with private sitting area beside the fireplace, jetted tub with shower.
*Lamon's Cabin*	King bedroom, kitchenette, gas log fireplace, jetted tub with shower, may be rented with the Tavern House to create a two bedroom cabin.
*Blacksmith Shop*	King four poster bed, dinette, gas log fireplace, may be rented with the Tavern House, and or the Lamon's Cabin.
*Captain's House*	Kitchen, living and dining area with a wood burning fireplace.
*Fish Cabin*	Small kitchenette, king bedroom with gas log fireplace, dinette, large shower and a jetted tub in the spacious bath.

Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit equal to the amount of your first night stay (50% of your total charges for October stays) is required to reserve and confirm your reservation and may be paid at the time of reserving your accommodation by VISA, MasterCard, or the American Express.
For cancellation made 14 days prior to your arrival we will happily return your deposit, less a $25 processing fee per reserved accommodation.
For October stays, cancellations must be made prior to September 1st to receive a refund of the deposit made less a $25 processing fee per reserved accommodation.
After the cancellation date has passed, refunding any deposit monies is not possible, regardless of the reason.
