Main Parlor
The Main Parlor will host a crowd of thirty easily. The crafted brass chandelier, fashioned in 1927, accents the fluted Doric columns.
This formal room offers an area for cards or chess or some social conversations with other guest. The stairway offers a picturesque site for brides and bridesmaids and other formal gatherings.
During the winter months the fireplace will add to the warmth of the formal room.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is used for serving breakfast. The formal table serves twelve, and the room will host other seating for three or four, for larger groups. The formal ambience is enriched with the French crystal chandelier and the lighted mahogany china cabinet. The adjacent library can also be used for dining if a large crowd is present.
Library
The Library can seat ten for a formal meal and is accentuated with an Italian inlaid mahogany clock that chimes every quarter of an hour. Other mementoes of The New York Yankees and collectible art can be viewed in the library. This room can also be used as a quiet retreat from the business day for reading or internet research.
Sunroom
The Sunroom will be the sign-in location for all guests. This cheery room, offering views of the side garden, gazebo and the Mineral Spring, can be used for extended parties in the library. A large screen TV is available for guests. Collectible art is also on display in this room. The porch off the sunroom, offers a casual outdoors breakfast spot for two or three.
D i n i n g
Breakfast will be served in the Main Dining Room each morning from 7:00 to 9:00. Coffee or Tea is followed by juice and a fresh fruit plate. The traditional southern breakfast will be your delight or hot cracked cereal with apples, pecans, and raisins is and option. Let us know if you need a special diet, and we will do our best to accommodate. Breads and muffins are home-made.
